Cheated by a carpenter by Replacing worst wood

He did the work using his own worst wood which is very poor in quality in all respect.
The consumer can seek a refund, replacement, or compensation for deficiency in service by filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum. The complaint must be properly drafted and submitted before the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
