Can a private educational institute hold back our course certificate (it's not a degree just a professional certificate ) after completion of the course? if it does can I file a case against them for retrieving it?
First of all issue notice to the institution to return the original documents. Give 15 days time to reply notice. If the institution neither returned or nor replied then you can file a case against the institution before the consumer court.
