Car got flooded at service center

I had given my car for service and at the service centre the car got flooded in water. Dealer is just repairing the car and giving me 6months warranty. Which I am not ready to accept. Can we go legally on this or will they say it as natural disaster
Hello sir regarding your issue above mentioned. your car got flooded by water while giving services it's responsible of the service dealer to repair your car.
