Car dealer charging during free service period

I have purchased new car from dealer in Jan 2023. Before completing the 2 months the axel of one front wheel got damaged. To replace that damaged part service center of dealer is charging money.

Well, you should pay the money instead of filing a case in Court, otherwise, initially you have to spend lot of expenses to complaint about the Dealer's malpractice, but in the end of litigation, you will get Exemplary Compensation in lakhs .

Look into the warranty conditions of your car.
If the dealer is violating them, you have all the right to file a consumer case against the dealer.
As a consumer, you can yourself file a consumer case or go through an advocate.

1. You must first send a legal notice to the car dealer seeking compensation for the damage part. If the car dealer refuses to give you compensation then you should approach the consumer forum.

2. In the consumer forum, you will have to prove that you were provided with the damage product due to which you have faced losses.
