Car dealer charging cancellation charge which was not told to me

I went to manumatic nissan kannur on 5-5-2016. I enquired about a car and they insisted me to book and said even i dont buy there is a refund. I decided to cancel and visited them they said they will charge a cancellation fee which i was not informed about. I paid rs 5000 and they are charging me rs 1100 as its their comapany policy. They misled me unethically with wrong information. Am i eligible for full refund?
of course you are eligible for complete refund of the amount you paid.You are entitled to get the full money you have paid at the time of booking. If they are not ready you can initiate proceedings against them before the nearest Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum.
