What will be the punishment for call recording if anyone recorded my phone calls without the permission of me or the court by the influence in the cyber cell or with the service provider? can I demand compensation for that?? from the query it is not clear whether a third party or the party who calls you record the phone. If a third party is recording your phone it is an offence under Information technology act. you can defintley move for compensation in such cases.

if the husband does verbal abuse to wife and her parents how to prove it? what are the proofs court accept? what is the punishment for verbal abuse in india and based of what? as how to decide whether it is abuse as the level of tolerance varies from person to person. and what is the scenario if the wife is not living with the husband due to career (which was accepted by the husband and his family before marriage).

Verbal abuse is an offence come under section 498(A) IPC matrimonial cruelty if proved. Oral testimony of the wife and other witnesses proved to be trustworthy can lead to a conviction. section 498(A) IPC maximum punishment is up to three years. If the wife is not living with husband without any valid reason he can resort to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court.

No divorce can be possible with a notice.. you have to file a petition before the family court for getting divorce legally.. you have to prove your case before the court. Then only the court will grant you divorce…

Anticipatory bail application can be filed where you apprehend arrest or where the case is registered.. so both courts have jurisdiction .. there are several decisions by High courts in this issue..Kerala High court was inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the accused in which case was registered at Punjab recently.. in that case the Advocate General of Punjab appeared

Dear Sir,I attended an interview for Java Tech lead position in a company. I went to their office 2 days and clear both face to face round. In the 3rd telephonic round a director told me they are looking for software engineer and not tech lead. I was knowingly cheated by them. So I uploaded the telephonic conversation with them and email screenshot where they mentioned Java Tech Lead in bold letter in a youtube video so as to help future aspirants.
