I can't able to file a complaint on a online payment platform company in chennai consumer court due to there office is not available in chennai. I need a help to file complaint in chennai.
The complainant address is important in invoking the consumer court jurisdiction. the op may be at any place. so if the person is residential address of Chennai then it can be filed at Chennai. or state commission.
