On navratri I've called police station at 11pm to stop music they r saying today is navratri shame on them playing from 9pm to 11pm still on how to handle this it's Muslim area some Hindus leaving an a dham playing all night music an says we r doing bhakti n police is also saying proudly it's navratri
You cannot file a consumer case against police. You are not a consumer to the country's internal defence system. However you can write a complaint to the commissioner. Even though it is festive time, the Courts have set limkts regarfing time and volume to be maintained so that others are not disturbed.
