Q: Procedure to get a backdated marriage certificate for dependent visa

Is it possible to get a back dated marriage certificate even if I get married in 2018, December? me and my fiancé are both hindu. can I have my marriage certificate having a date of December, 2107 even if I get married in December, 2018?

Q: I hold Sale deed, still builder says that he has sold

I hold a sale deed of my land in Gandhinagar, but the builder says that he has changed name in 7/12 utara, and now he is not willing to give the land inspite of our owner ship.how come this happen.

builder can say anything he wants. check how the revenue department transferred the land in his name. send a letter for objection over there first. gather all documents in support for your problem and contact for legal advice

Q: Hindu - Registered Will made in my favour

My Father has made a Registered Will for house in my favour. But one brother has given a objection letter to society for not transferring the ownership in my name. Is required a Registered Will to probate in Ahmedabad and what is the procedure to change the ownership in my name.

you will have to file to obtain a probate in the civil court. they will issue notice to your brother. it will be heard like a regular civil case. if the will is proved, you will be given a certificate of probate. get in touch for more details

Q: Cheque has bounced want address for notice

I have been given a chqeue as repayment of my money but it has been bounced. Now i don’t know the address to send notice. How do i get address? Please advise. Thank you.

Get in touch with the nearest Police station.. You will have to lodge a complaint there. they will see the cheque, and endorse your complaint. take that to the bank. the bank may provide details. get in touch for details with documents

Q: Legal Advise for consumer court case

Dear sir, thank you for giving me a platform. I am a sole proprietor of company name Continuum Surgical. A year ago I had verbally deal with one company name Promed which is based in Congo , Africa at Ahmedabad. In that we to make material of medical gloves in their brand.After receiving payment we made but they have own exporter name Shiv Exim so we have to send materials to Shiv Exim and had to make invoice in the name of Shiv Exim. So after we checked materials we sent them through close container to Mumbai at the address of Shiv Exim. After received materials by Shiv Exim , we had not any information that they sent materials to congo or not , But one day after a few months we received mails from Congo that materials was damaged not accepted. So they argued that we had to take all that materials back from them and replace with new. As we sent inspected and okay materials how can they blame like this. Even they ordered that we have to pay all money back which was used in this order.
