Can we compliant on Khaitan India Limited because of its product issue
28-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My fan is not working for the last 2 weeks. Called customers care on 19-Sep-2023 and they said the technician will resolve the problem with in 3 days.
No one came to resolve my issue. Again i called 25-Sep-2023. Still no one came to resolve my problem.
I have warrantee card and bill. And i have reference number which i got from khaitan customer care when raised complaint.
hi if the company people are not responding properly to your issues and not repairing the fan then you could issue legal notice to them to asking them to repair anf if they failed to do do then you could file consumer complaint
