Builder not delivered what promised and threaten us

No boundry walls, No STP, No Lobby gates, Non functional Fire Safety Equipments, No Parking, Common Entry/Exit Gate,
Poor quality of construction, Incomplete Ameneties, Filthy Water Tanks, No chimney for DG, Daily Water Overflow from water Tank,
Poor Security [limited CCTVs and 5-6 gaurds in night/day],Open Parking is occupied by bricks & pipes,
crane installed in middle of the Park, Poor gardening, Poor lightning in Open area and as well as in Towers,
No Second Lift, Tower Shafts are open, Electricity cables are hanging openly, Transformer not propery Fenced,
Open Gaps in adjacent towers, Club is used as sales office of Builder. No RO water as promised,
No Rain Water Harvesting, No proper entryway to Park, Common area is not ready.
These are just few of them, alot can be seen by visiting the society.
