Builder not constructed property flat as per agreement.

State commission passed order for joint liability of builder and land owner. National commission orders to free land owner. Only builder is liable to pay amount with interest. Because original contract was between purchaser and builder and land owner signed on the agreement without a party. Builder not able to complete the task because dispute arise between builder and owner. Can I appeal in supreme court and what is the possibility?
For better understanding whether appeal can be filed before Supreme Court the documents like previous orders will have to be looked at to see whether those have been violated. In a situation where it's not possible to approach Supreme Court then maybe a new case will have to be filed as new cause of action has arisen. please contact for further discussion.

That depends on what the national commission has ordered. In case if the action of the builder showcase the contempt of the order of the national commission, the contempt proceedings can be initiated against the builder. Appeal can be if you are objecting to the order passed by the national commission. If you want to object to the judgment, they yes, appeal can be made.
