Brand new bike requires chassis replacement after 2 months to fix.

21-Apr-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
Bought a brand new bike (premium bike worth 5 lakhs ex showroom). From day one it has been facing alignment issues (serious issue rendering it unsafe to drive). It has been in the service center for 2 months while the brand has been trying to fix it. Done fixes 6+ times but the issue was not fixed. Now they want to replace a part of the chassis. It will take 3-4 weeks more. The bike has spent its break-in period in the service center. It was also driven (where in turn it should have been towed)

if the bike is in warranty period and there's manufacturing defect it's better to send legal notice asking for replacement if the company fails better to file a petition for deficiency in service in consumer court along with seeking for damages and total amount paid. Feel free to call for further guidance
