Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Motor Complaint
22-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have sent a legal notice to Bharti Axa General Insurance company because they denied my claim on a invalid and baseless point.
They have received the notice on 03 May 2021 and till today they have replied to my notice. In that Legal Notice lawyer mentioned 15 days to get a reply from them but I have not heard from them.
What shall I do in this case? Please help
You can file a consumer case or a commercial suit. commercial suit is faster remedy in comparison to consuner case. But you need to pay court fee for commercial case.
You can also parallelly file a criminal complaint to pressurise the insurance company.
