Bad service provided by coaching center

I have enrolled for JEE preparation online. Get admitted in a coaching center online. The course is for two years. I have paid my course fee (1,04,030/-) within 10 months. My exam is left 1 month and my syllabus is still due because of faculty change many times and they didn't give the books properly yet. I told them i want to cancel my course and i want my refund which is not used for my studies but they denied. What can i do now. Can i get refund in this case?If then how can i proceed legally
You need to file before Consumer Court to get refund for the payment, As well as you can file complain in your nearest police station. But still Consumer court is better option to get relief regarding this matter
