Bad Review of Google led to harassment

Hi! I had given a bad review to a "Karma hospitality" company as they had deceived me and gave fake promises. Now, they agreed to refund the unnecessary interest charged but harassed me for 6 months until I agreed to remove the Google Maps review. Isn't this incorrect?
ask them to repay you and the moment they repay, you may delete the comment. As it is a review, they cannot file a defamation complaint against you. Even if they opt to file, it will not stand much in court.
