Appeal Process on NCDRC Dismissal Order

Bank wrongly opened FDs debiting NRI A/c in name of & trfrd proceeds to ex-wife basing on defective GPA (not POA) after I canceled Mandate given to her, I not submitted it nor Bk took my permission when accepting it, ii it is not in official format iii my a/c details not in it. (iv) it was un-witnessed & unregistered. Krntka State Comm & on appeal NCDRC dismissed.Gounds:I not cancelled the GPA, ii. I compromised a criminal suit involving ex & Bank in family Court mediation. Advice Appeal process
