Appeal Process on NCDRC Dismissal Order

Bank wrongly opened FDs debiting NRI A/c in name of & trfrd proceeds to ex-wife basing on defective GPA (not POA) after I canceled Mandate given to her, I not submitted it nor Bk took my permission when accepting it, ii it is not in official format iii my a/c details not in it. (iv) it was un-witnessed & unregistered. Krntka State Comm & on appeal NCDRC dismissed.Gounds:I not cancelled the GPA, ii. I compromised a criminal suit involving ex & Bank in family Court mediation. You can challenge the order of NCDRC order before the high court with all your contentions and required to draft carefully so consult advocate and get a proper advice before proceeding and facts are not clear so kindly approach with timeline
