Amount taken for traning and job but company temporarily closed

A company any has charged me 27 lac in name of traning and job at the same company . Now the compny is not functioning because of financial crisis. When we ask them about our training they keep delaying it saying once they start they will send us. It is in banglore . How shud i go about it
Dear Sir, immediately you have to issue a legal notice for refund the money which you have paid to them, and if not give job as per terma of agreement if any, kindly send all the details to my email id. I will do it. Kindly contact me immediately.
