Amazon did not deliver the product that I ordered

mane,amazon se online ek laptop order kiya tha 16-04-2018 ko. Mujhe ye prodect mila hi nahi.jabki mane iski payment rs 38.499 pure net banking se de diye the.amazon wale bol rahe hai.hamne deliver kar diya.hum aapki koi help nahi kar sakte. Delivery man ne mujh se ek baar bhi contact nahi kiya .mane delivery man ko lagataar flow kiya .baat kane ki koshi ki but delivery boy ne phone nahi uthaaya.ab mai aapna laptop kase lu.
You should file a case in the consumer forum as this amounts to deficiency in service. It may take some time but you'll get you money back in addition to compensation for harrassment and mental torture and interest.

Send them a legal notice and make it clear that you have not received the laptop as yet and that their attempts to wash their hands of the entire issue won’t help. Ask them to see to it that the laptop is delivered in an appropriately short duration or that the money paid by you is refunded, or else you would be at liberty to proceed against the company legally. Should they fail to do either offers those things, please file a complaint before the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act.

You have to give a written complaint to amazon on their official email if they didnt turned up then by an advocate you have to serve then a legal notice and after that file a consuemer case before the consumer court concerned.
