Q: What should I do if my ex-boyfriend is harassing and blackmailing me?

My friend was in a relationship with a guy who initially seemed great, and she even considered marrying him. However, he has since changed; he drinks, smokes, parties all night, and criticizes her for being too traditional. He verbally abuses and mentally torments her, leading to their breakup a few months ago. Now, he is blackmailing her, and she fears it will bring shame to her family. Recently, he even physically assaulted her. What help can I get for her that doesn't involve her parents? She is 23 years old, and I'm desperate to assist her.

Dear, According to Indian Penal Code their is many type of harassment.But i don't know which type of harassing he is doing. if he is harassing your friend , In this condition you can lodge an FIR against him, And police will make an inquiry and register an FIR.

What's the punishment, under the Indian law, for an unmarried Government employee male having an illegal affair with a married woman? is it illegal to have affair with married woman ?

You can complaint​ against him near your police station . According to IPC if a man either he is government employee or private physical affair with a married women . He have to punishable u/s 497 Adultery.

Q: Married under muslim marriage act 1954 and Special Marriage Act both

My wife and I submitted a 30 day notice to marry under the special marriage act then did a nikah ceremony after 3 weeks under muslim special marriage act. Then, 10 days later, we got married under the special marriage act and got another certificate. Which of the 2 certificates has a legal standing in India?

Both certificate are valid in India . According to Muslim law, A nikahanama is a valid proof of both parties and according to special marriage act, a marriage certificate is also a valid proof. so don't take tension. Now you have two valid certificate to proof your marriage.

I met with an accident , one car hit me and ran away .Car was not found after search ..Lawyer Registered Fir Said it is necessary for claim .Did This Fir affect My Carrer Or Job.

if you want to get claim then firstly you should file a FIR and it won't affect you career and in future you will not face any problem related it. so you can follow your advocate guidelines and get a claim
