Advice regarding a matter related to a consumer court order passed in
20-Mar-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
I am seeking your legal advice regarding a consumer court order passed in our favor around 4 years ago, awarding us ₹10 lakh. Our lawyer assured us that he would manage the execution, so we did not attend the hearings. Unfortunately, he became unresponsive, and we recently discovered that the case is marked as "dead" due to inaction. I would like to know if it is possible to restore or revive the execution petition
Need to examine the order with relevent provisions of law. We have to check the possibility of delay condonation.
