ABOUT LOAN SANCTION ANS COMPENSATION

Complaint against lic hfl- not approved loan intentionally, threatened by branch employees, one employee had come to my house and created a public scene, also branch manager threatened same thing. Also not received any help from cc to gm level total 7 employees. Also send fake letter to me. I have 13 call recording, video recording, written documents. What case should I file and how much compensation I should claim. Also sell my property in half rate due to delay in loan and business income loss
File a case in consumer forum against the company. After that you can file criminal case against the employees who are harassing you. You can complaint to the head office with hand written letter sent by registered post and also by official e mail
