hi sir,
I am shibin I am a student. today I faced a online cheating, I saw a advertisement on what's app that's a first copy of brand (copy right). and I ordered that one but item is not delivered yet.i order before one month. today that's dealt not responding me. they had to said item is returned from Bangalore to delhi and item is not received in Delhi. and I have the proof for return delivery. he is angry with me. every time he saying that I don't have responsibility. what I do sir
you can file consumer case against him for deficiency of services and can recover the amount with compensation even if you believe it's cheating doors are open to file the cheating case also and he can't fix responsibility on someone when he is using his WhatsApp number for business purpose
