2.5 yrs old samsung Fridge under extended warranty but no spares avlbl

In august 2021 i purchased Samsung fridge and after some time i also extended its warranty to extra 4 yrs...now fridge has a cooling issue...and they are saying we will give u money reurn after deduction 35 % depriciation .....which is too much deduction. Can i sue samsung as the product is still under warranty...they shoul give me full refund i suppose

During purchasing did they make you known about the same? If not they are entitled to do so.
