Wil name different in school and government id issue in jobs -passport

Hello sir, I am facing problems with my name. My school documents have my first name only that is Rajlaxmi but my government ids my last name also have Rajlaxmi rathore. I am applying for goverment job and this mat create problems while verification, in future i will be applying for passport also so dont know what to do. Pls help!

2. Ad Publication: An announcement should be published in the newspaper for general awareness or information.
3. Gazette Notification: A notification should be published in the Gazette of India regarding the name change to concern authority.
AFFIDAVIT SUBMISSION

2. The notary will suggest the stamp paper of required value on which the affidavit for name change is made.

Once the affidavit is printed on a plain stamp paper, it needs to be signed by two witnesses. The legal procedure is to get it signed by two persons of gazetted officer rank. Ensure that you have their signature, along with their stamp (rubber stamp).
