Whether appeal or revision to be made against an order of JMFC

A Civil Miscellaneous Application made for condonation of delay for restoration of basic suit, which was dismissed for default, in 2009, was set aside on 15-09-2017 by a J M F C Court; Whether a revision application against this order would be proper or an altogether fresh suit would be advisable ?
Dear Client, it's depend on your case for what actual reason your application has been set aside by JMFC get that copy and then go for new suit instead of revision application due to once again it will go that JMFC Judge.

You r giving incorrect and half information. You should have uploaded the order of restoration or the order condoning delay which r very unlikely to have been passed after a gap of 8 years. Hence i would request u to provide the order of restoration.
