Make a complaint to the higher authority/Ministry. Approach State/National Women's Commission, Commission for differently abled persons and write to PMO. About the lawyer son, you can make a complaint to Bar Council attaching all the copies of complaints filed by you to different authorities. If still it doesn't work, contact me for further course of action.

Report to the nearest police station and request the officials to register an FIR under section 354 A and section 509 of IPC. If the officials are not ready then lodge a complaint against them to the commissioner. Also kindly share thr historical background of previous pending or disposed case matter with me for further clarification.

She has to file a formal complaint with the HR department of the Company. If the department does not acknowledge the complaint then make HR a party and make an official complaint to the BOD/Head of the Management/Company. Concurrently, if that is also of no help then send a legal notice stating all the chains of communication/harassment and lack of help from the management.
