My native is Coimbatore,
My husband native is also Coimbatore,
We lived in Chennai,
We got parted and are not in touch for almost 2 years now.
Now I live in Bangalore.
Can I apply for a divorce in Bangalore?
Because I read somewhere divorce can be applied where the wife resides.
you can file case in Bangalore there is no problem regards the place of filling weather is it's Wat is the one for contest or mutual divorce or something like it's to harass Wat was reason for without

yes you are right, earlier there were only 3 places where you could file, 1 St is where marriage took place, 2nd where your husband resides, 3 Rd where you both last resided together, and after amendment, the wife can file a divorce petition where she resides. so you can file a divorce petition in Bangalore. good day.
