When To File Contempt Is There Is No Specific Time Limit For Complian

Hello sir, before 3 months from today Supreme Court pronounce final order in civil appeal and asked to state of you up to recruit 833 post of sub inspector in order of merit but Supreme Court not mention any time limit in this order and after delivery of judgement within 2 month one person filed a contempt petition. but bench of honable justice u.u lalit ask him to withdraw their contempt petition because that is premature contempt. I want to ask that when I have to file new contempt petition in Supreme Court in this regard because state is not doing anything in this order.
The supreme court has passed orders. You should give a representation to the state government citing the judgment of the supreme court. If they do not move forward and start the process of recruitment file a writ petition in the hc.

Dear Client ,
If your contempt in Supreme Court is premature for now, then there are various other legal remedies available wherein you can seek the progress as what has been done in your case. As far as Contempt is concerned the Supreme Court will entertain the same once 6 months from the order is elapsed or as per the argument advanced by your counsel.

as per your query I can only say that first give an representation with a certified copy of an order to the concerned authority through a registered letter detailing about the merits and then the reply what you get from the authority is to be seen what they are doing then if u are aggrievd by such reply you can file a writ or an contempt detailing ur grievance contempt can b filed within a year from the date of order for further details n query u can contact us.
