What would happen if i did not claimed age relaxation mistakenly while filling up application form. Age limit for genral candidate is 27 and for Obc 3 more years is permissible means 30 years. I have applied under OBC category and i am 27.3 years old.. Will i be rejected only for that i hv not claimed age relaxation mistakenly? Can i go to court if they reject me on this ground only
Yes, you will be rejected because you have not submitted the supporting documents. However, you can take the help of the Court by way of filing writ petition taking any ground which would be best suited in such kind of senario.
