There will be some problem but don't be panic. Before claiming share in the property in issue your cousin has to prove that the property was bought by the means of HUF. Therefore wait till any action to be taken by your cousin.

Dear Client, In the present senario, you can file a title suit in the respective District Court. Since the property is registered in your name, so, if you cousin doesn't have any right over the property and for the physical possession of the property, you can file a criminal case against your cousin.
