What to do if delay in handing over the villa even after full payment?

We have sent couple of mails and letter to the builder. He is not responding to the mail. The letter which we have sent by Registered AD to the registered address in the agreement also returned. How can we send notice to him?

You must send the notice to builders home address and company address mentioned and then you can lodge a police complaint and book him init. File a consumer case and civil suit o recover the same from the builder

Hai, Ur query seems eligible for either a consumer case or incase if there is an agreement regarding the said facts, to file one for performance of the matters undertaken therein. The case being proceeded through competent civil court will be the remedy, however u had to face the court fee then. So i recommend to proceed with the Consumer Protection Forum.No need to send notice in these cases. The demand should me made. Its not even necessary before law that the same SHOULD be received. Hope am upto ur query

The notice sent to the registered address as per the agreement is sufficient. You can approach the Court concerned for getting the agreement specifically enforced. The notice from the court can be served by alternative services
