Mere khilap civil court main ek orginal sure ka case file hua hai civil procedure code sec 26.jo hearing hua hai jisko check karne main ek date ka khali abhi status dikh raha hai APPERENCE.BUT humko koi notice nahi mila hai.to sir main ye Janna hai ki ab main kya karun

Hello questioner, As per the question stated supra I would to inform you that when suit be filed then after admission notice send the court if you didn't get notice then get knowledge about your case through lawyer. He will assist you better on law point. You must be appeared in this case otherwise exparty be passed. Aap apne vakil dwara appear hoiye or apna pakch rakhe. You will have to file written statement in your defence denying or admitting their claim .under order 8 rule 5 any evasive denial will be deemed admission .for this consult a good lawyer and wait for summon to arrive .however you can also appear bonafide through your lawyer in the court .

DEAR SIR NO NEED TO WORRY THE CIVIL SUIT INSTITUTED AGAINAT YOU IS BEING HEARD BY THE COURT AND THE SAME IS ADMITTED BY THE COURT AND THERE AFTER SUMMONS WERE ISSUED TO YOU AND IN ANY MANNER SUMMON IS NOT RECEIVED BY YOU THAN IN THAT CASE IN NEXT DATE YOU MAY APPEAR IN THE MATTER OR YOU MAY WAIT FOR YOUR SUMMON AND PLZ KEEP AM EYE ON THE MATTER
