What should be done when eviction of leave and licencee expires
26-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Leave and licencee agreement expired on 31 Mar 2016, Title suit filed by leave and licencee on 21 Mar 16 with false allegation and from Jan 16 till to date no fees has given no electric bill no maintenance nothing and not single hearing is done Ws date may 16 and WO date is 11 Nov 16. My advocates have expends 1 lakh rs. Myself ex servicemen staying with my family shelter less.The flat is in home loan from SBI whis is no brother.What should I do?
