what legal remedy available if college forcefully asking to sign ?

One of college make pressure on us and written an application at withdrawl of admission in which all the thing are wrong and against me . So in law how we prove it wrong.
You should not sign any paper which contains false and wrong facts. You can refuse to sign such documents. Because once you sign the documents and becomes difficult to challenge its contents. However, if you have been forced to sign any paper under undue influence or coercion, you should immediately lodge criminal complaint at the earliest.

Dear, anything which is against fundamental principles or rights of an individual is against law and can be challenged in court of law . In India it is enshrined in constitution that an individual has particular right. If your college is forcing you to sign something which you feel wrong and want to take a course of action through law, contact advocate.

you have not provided entire detail about your dispute.however in given facts if administration of college asserted wrong/incorrect fact in notice/application than you have to rebut that by counter notice.if they did not respond than file case for remedy.

No one can force you to sign the withdrawal form....if college administration pressuring you than you can move to consumer court and ask for relief..... Consumer court can take action against college and also compensate you.
