my native home is Ahirauli, Buxar, Bihar. My parents had four daughters and one son ,of them youngest daughter died in 2008 and the brother died in 1996, I used to financially help my brother for studies and my parents , my ancestral land was not partioned between my father and his brother , my uncle used to sell the plots by taking the sign of my father , in 2004 my father gave the power of attorney to my mother who gave me some portion of the land in bakshish deed, in 2005 my uncle's younger son filed a case on me from behalf of my father claiming that I have fraudulently taken the bakshish, and document is not correct, my father died in 2005 still this case is pending, in 2004 uncle's younger son made himself to be son of my father and changed his name reduced the age by 10 years gave another 10th exam made a new identity proof , in 2010 he took 50% of the land in his name via bakshish from my mother and my both the sisters supported him and still they are against me in all manner
