Based on the facts you have given, there may be several possible civil and, depending on the evidence, criminal remedies. But the exact relief will depend heavily on the documents, the nature of the ancestral property, and the procedural history of the 2005 case. need all documents to find proper remedy because it is several legal issues in your story , get touch with me

Q: aadhar name correction diffrenrt name

sir my name in aadhar is diffrent name and voter id and ration card has original name how to change back to original name

Advocate Upwan Kumar answered
Because you have your Voter ID and Ration Card with your original, correct name, you already have the exact documents needed to fix your Aadhaar card. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) accepts both as valid Proof of Identity (PoI) for a name correction. You can update this either online or in person.

Q: Am i eligible for OBC NCL central certificate

Seeking legal opinion on central OBC-NCL eligibility. Native: Supaul, Bihar (Voter ID of father). Current stay: UP (Aadhaar shows UP due to father's PSU job). Father joined PSU in Maharashtra as a Non-Executive (Group C equivalent), was promoted to Executive (Group A equivalent), transferred to Odisha at age 49, and is now in UP earning a ₹ 26 LPA salary. External family income is ₹0. If i am eligible then what all documents i need to make obc ncl certificate? What document from PSU do I need?

Advocate Upwan Kumar answered
Yes, you are likely eligible for Central OBC-NCL if your father joined the PSU as a Non-Executive (Group C equivalent) and was promoted to Executive (Group A equivalent) only after the age of 40 years, irrespective of his present salary of ₹26 LPA.Documents required for OBC-NCL:OBC caste certificate/proof of caste.Father's Voter ID or domicile proof of Supaul, Bihar.Your Aadhaar card and identity proof.Income affidavit/declaration.Passport-size photographs.Document required from the PSU: A Service Certificate mentioning:1. Date of initial appointment.2. Initial post (Non-Executive/Group C equivalent).3. Promotion history.4. Date of promotion to Executive (Group A equivalent).5. Confirmation that promotion to Executive cadre occurred after attaining 40 years of age.

Q: The police slapped him without any reason

Why did the police slap without any reason? Give justice to the police.

Advocate Upwan Kumar answered
Police cannot interfere, harass, or take coercive action in a purely civil dispute unless the complaint discloses the commission of a cognizable criminal offence. Matters of civil nature are required to be adjudicated by the competent civil court.

Q: Service rules of judiciary and government

seek legal clarification regarding compliance with Rule 6 of the Bar Council of India Rules of Legal Education, 2008, and its implications for Bar Council enrollment as well as eligibility for government/judiciary/PSU Legal Officer posts.Timeline of Events:2021 – Enrolled in B.Sc. program at Magadh University.December 2022 – Took admission in BA LL.B. (5-year) at North Eastern Hill University (NEHU).June 2023 – Discontinued NEHU BA LL.B. after appearing only in the first semester; no further

Advocate Upwan Kumar answered
1. What Rule 6 actually saysUnder Rule 6 (Chapter II):A student cannot pursue two regular full-time degree courses simultaneously Students must give a declaration that they are not enrolled in any other regular program during LL.B. So the prohibition is on “simultaneous pursuit”, not on past enrollment. 2. Apply Rule 6 to your timeline Your facts:2021 → B.Sc. (Magadh University)Dec 2022 → BA LL.B. (NEHU)June 2023 → Discontinued after 1st semester (no continuation) you pursuing two regular courses at the same time? Scenario analysis:(A) If B.Sc. was still ongoing when you joined BA LL.B. Then technically - You were enrolled in two regular courses simultaneouslyThis is a direct violation of Rule 6
