yes it can be but it totally depends upon the case and it's status and circumstances of the case. It can be quashed if the matter is worth quashing. It's better to file a bail rather than quashing first.

Ha aapko unki jaydad mil sakti hai yaddi aap ye sabit kar sake kagaz pe ki aapko unhone adopt kiya tha. Yaddi ye sabit ho sakta hai to aapko ye sampati mil sakti hai. Directly milne me padesani hai. Behtar ho ki aap apne adaptation ko sahi tarike se sabit kare.

I am a Hindu resident of Mayaganj, Behind Durga Mandir, Bhagalpur, Bihar 812003. A white Maruti Suzuki Dzire bearing registration number JH04X5042, has been repeatedly and habitually parked directly in front of the gate of my residence, thereby obstructing my free and unhindered access to my own property. This has been an ongoing issue for most parts of the Months, causing daily inconvenience to me and my family. Kindly Suggest effective remedial measures for it.

put no parking on your gate and ask nicely from the person who is the owner of the vehicle not to park in your place. If even after there is no such benefit you can go and file a suit in civil court bhagalpur.

you have to visit to Bank to find why there is lien of 70k against you if it is a cyber crime submit representation to police and bank regarding your source of funds if it is for loan then clear you loan by paying the amount. It would be good for you to clear your dues with the bank otherwise there is a change of notice from the bank.
