You can file an application seeking that the land owner would only use lawful means to evict you from the tenency property . Court normally allows such applications in favour of the tenents . That means land lord shall have to use legal way only to get the property vacated

Dear Friend, Agar apka tenant abhi bhi premises use kar rhe h, to ap bhi uske against eviction of property suit file kr sakte h and agr usne kuch or civil ya criminal activity ki h to ap uske against same property se related bhi complaint ya suit file kr sakte h.
