Sir i am going to open a test series website i have buy a domain name and i am confused that suppose after some time some one claim that this domain name is mine because iam running this domain name institution offline since 3 or 4 year in that situation what to do (2 que) is it complusary to make a office for online website test series business

No, its not necessary to have anoffice to run a website. You just need to file a trademark application, in order to avoid any possible infringement of your trademark , in future . And there you go. That's it!

The platform you have mentioned is a peer to peer lending platform and requires RBI's approval and an NBFC licence as per the latest update and the law in force in india. Moreover, you may be required to fulfill the RBI's requirement of having Rs 2CR capital.

Q: Gave money to friend and now she is threatening to file a case ?

My ex-colleague borrowed money from me by telling me a lie. After that whenever I ask her to return it she gave me excuses like - she will withdraw it from ATM and will give it, she will give it tomorrow, etc but never returned it. Now when I warned her today that I will file an FIR, she said that she will file a case of harassing and threating against me as she has a recording in which someone is saying that I have told that person that she has scammed me. ( but I never said this thing to anyone). I am not affraid because I have done anything wrong but I am concerned that what should I do

You may send a legal notice for recovery of your money in the case of a legally enforceable debt and thereafter you may institute a suit for recovery of money in accordance with the relevent provisions of code of civil procedure before a competent court of law exercising jurisdiction.

Q: Procedure to get property back from tenant refusing to vacate it

Tenant is 50 year old. I refuse to accept rent from last 13 year. How can I clame my property back.

You can file suit for eviction as per delhi rent control act if the rent is below Rs 3500 PM and if the rent is above Rs 3500 PM , then you may invoke other statutory provisions depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case. I

Q: Friend took money to book the hotel room but not returning it

i asked my travel agent friend to book hotel for 2 different stay, one for me and one for my family and paid INR 50,000 for the stay. The day of my visit he did not book my hotel and said he is bankrupt and can't do my bookings. He said he will return the money and i have the bank transactions and his whatsapp chat as proof. Its been 6 months and he has not returned my money and neither now responding to my calls and messages. What to do ?

A legal notice may be sent to him for demanding the recovery of money along with interest and legal fee involved. Further, a suit for recovery of money may be instituted before a competent court having jurisdiction.
