What are my rights over my father property being build by me

I have build a house in father’s property now he is refusing to return it back. What will be my rights on it

Well, This is one of the tricky situation which had been created by your parents,especially your father as you have told. For the remedy it is solicited to have a face to face consultation if do possible. kindly let me know.

If property belongs to your father you have no right to claim over it in father's life time if you build house with your own funds you can claim amount you spent it requires evidence of your expenditures

Helo, you build a house on your fatheres property and your father is not supporting to you n there are disputes between you n your father for that property . According to law you are not having any right to over your fathers property and how can you proof it that you made that house. After death of your father you will hav to right according to law that how many brothers you are .there are a procedure . For further assistance cntct me . Thnx
