What action can I take for unauthorized construction of road

Pradhan and People of other Panchayat have constructed a road in the night through my agricultural land. What steps I can take to protect it.

First file an FIR stating trespassing on your property and there after go to court and prove the same, take clear photographs for the same. Request the court to send a Receiver to inspect and give report to the court.

MY OPINION THAT you have every right to take legal steps against that Pradhan and people of other Panchayat who have illegally constructed a road on your own agricultural land, and for this illegal construction you should move at competent forum for instant injunction ,contact with me.
