Want to get suspension order quashed and stay on transfer what to do

I am posted as junior engineer ( distribution) three month ago after 6 month of training and successful appraisal . but now in probation period . in Madhya pradesh government owened PSU in Jabalpur. I had only 3 month of my service, and eventually a order of suspension quoting reason that i am not living in the headquater of my area of posting as taking a room. they passed against me , but before it no show cause, no clarification latter served to me , but for others this process was adopted. but the fact that i had taken a room there and was living there before the suspension order . so there is injustice in this decision and made me much depressed and willing to leave this job . then i meet with MD and then appealed there but suspension was not canceled . what i should do i need stay and quashing of this suspension order?
