Want to file perjury matter in North West Rohini

Sir/ Madam, I need to file a new case under perjury which is a criminal matter. I cannot afford high fees, any lawyer practising in Rohini North West if willing to take up the matter in cost effective way can contact me.

The court where the false statement or document was used has the power to initiate action. Therefore, the proper course is to file an application under Section 340 CrPC before the concerned court, pointing out the false evidence and requesting the court to initiate perjury proceedings. If the court is satisfied that it is expedient in the interest of justice, it may file a complaint before the Magistrate. you can call me for minimum fees.

Hi there, the cost/commercials are a secondary aspect at first it's more important that we have a strong case at hand with enough supporting evidence. Regarding the professional fees, it is also dependent on the amount of work required to present a strong case of the client.

Perjury proceedings can be initiated under Sections 191–193 IPC through a complaint under Section 340 CrPC before the court where the false statement was made. The court must first find a prima facie case of false evidence.
