Use of post marriage title in the job application

20-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir , My wife is willing to use the post marriage title "Ghose" in the job application . In the Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and Epic Card , her post marriage title "Ghose" was recorded, instead of pre- marriage title "Paul". But , pre-marriage title "Paul" is recorded in all of her educational qualifications . How can she submit the job application using the post marriage title "Ghose" ? Is it possible to her submitting the Affidavit and marriage certificate with job application ? Please , help me.

Very simple action. In the employment application your wife should write both surnames in the place earmarked for surname and the word "Nee" to be written in between two surames. If not already done, an affidavit affirming change in the surname due to marriage is to be solemnised before the appropriate court of law. After such action press notification and notification in the Gazette to be made. There should not be any problem in the matter.

In my opinion you can make an affidavit before the Executive Magistrate that both are same and one identical person. And without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible
