Use of bilingual language in court?

can i write my written say to be produced in court in bilingual language??
means i want to write it in Marathi but want to add some English sentences as written in my documents.
e.g. can i write 'Possession' as it is in English or do i require to write "पझेशन " in marathi??

No you can not write as you think. because You should appoint lawyer for your case & drafting of WS as well as other document should be in legal language. That can be done by your lawyer only.

yes you can write your say in any language you are comfortable with. If you are giving your say in Marathi there is no need of adding English words in it. The only requirement is it should be accompanied by a translated copy in English if the rules of the court or tribunal before which the say is filed requires it to be filed in English. Your Affidavit should also be accompanied with your say which states that you have understood the contents of your say
