Unitech not paying mature FD amount how to claim it

My father had invested Rs.50,000 in Unitech FD which matured in April 2014. It has been 3.5 years and he has still not received the money. How to claim for it?
First of all u will have to send a legal notice through an advocate to the institution and thereafter file a money suit in a civil court. Here i would like to mention that money suits are decided very expeditiously by our court and in any given conditions judgement will be given within 18 to 20 months.

It's important to know the reason that is given by Unitech. Therefore you should first write them a letter at your level and if they don't respond then send a legal notice through a lawyer and file a complaint in your local police station. If still they are delaying then file a application in consumer court and ask for compensation also. You will surely get.
