Took a house on rent, now police blaming for non payment of loan

Actually i am a tenant and my owner has mortgaged my house to bank n may have not paid the loan .... now police and some bank employees have asked us to vacate the house immedietly . i need time to search new house. I was not aware about the dispute when i occupied the house . I have been paying my rest on time till date . Please suggest me a way out . I just need some time to find new house for me and my family. They as saying us to vacate as soon as possible. please help

Whether the agreement entered into by and between yourself​ and the owner of the premises is a tenancy agreement or live & license agreement.Whether there is premature termination clause in the agreement.please check and return back.

You shd file Writ petition immidiately as Writ is your constitutional writ .

And you shd file case agaist bank harasshment case.

But shd discuss all your matters with all paper document with lawyer and ofcourse follow his/her advice .

for me to help you by giving a solution I first need to ascertain as to how the banks and/or the police are acting in the manner they are acting. is there any proceeding pending before the court of law, do they have an order to the effect that they can take possession of the property by evicting your. i need all this details before i can provide you with a suitable answer to help you out of your situtation.

You have mentioned that police is also interfarimg in this regard Have you arised any question before police or bank authority about court order in this connection .If LD court already ordered in execution case the property to be vacant then you have to vacate the the premises but you are a tenant of defaulter and you are not notified by defaulter so you may be considered for time to vacate the premises

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your problem, i suggest, as a good tenant you have legitimate right to occupy and stay at your absolute tenancy right, you have utilize the right to use the proper legal direction /directions in multiple way /ways in legal field, you have take legal step /steps immediately in proper legal ways.
