To conduct single phase counseling for MBBS graduates

I wrote NEET exam for MD/Ms seats this year.govt gave notification of conducting single phase counseling for all the MD/Ms seats.Now it's not happening like that.We students will be suffered if they don't conduct single phase counseling.we want to fight for it.what shd we do now???
You can file writ of mandamus directing the central government before the high court where you resides praying for single phase counseling for MD/MS seats through cited the notification issued by government. Before that you sent written representation to concerned authorities in this regard.

We can file a case before the high Court for direction to ask them to act as per the G.O .if they don't do as per the G.O you will be put into the trouble means direction can be given by the High Court. So act faster before they do anything to you.
