Timeline in giving Permanent Injunction Order ?

How many days will take to give order on advanced petition in civil case? Judge posted suit from 29/11/2017 to 17/12/2018. Is it not Injustice? What is the limit of judge's discretion?

It appears to be a typographical error as no court can adjourn the hearing to more than 12 months.
Assuming it is a manifest error on the part of judge to adjourn the hearing to more than 12 months,, your remedy lies in approaching the same court with an expedition petition or appealing to the higher court for rectification of adjournment of case to short date.
File an expedition petition in the same court seeking an early date of hearing is recommended as the first step.
